help need a captivate guru

we need a captivate guru hopefully in the tri state area to help me and my partner make it to the next level of our teaching. we have powerpoint ,video ,text and test already created. we are looking for someone to help us to put them in captivate ,also need vioce over lays and some more video. willing to pay, but only have a small budget.
